1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the Car Shine Mobile Detailing website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Services Offered

Car Shine Mobile Detailing provides professional mobile auto detailing services including Express, Premium, Ultimate, Ceramic coating, and Interior detailing packages.

3. Service Area

Our services are available in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; New Jersey; Delaware; and surrounding areas within reasonable driving distance.

4. Payment Terms

Full payment is required at the time of booking via credit card through Square payment processing. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Payment confirmation and receipt will be emailed immediately upon successful payment.

Pricing

  • Multi-vehicle discounts: 10% (2 vehicles), 15% (3 vehicles), 20% (4 vehicles), 25% (5+ vehicles)
  • Referral discounts: $25 off with valid referral code
  • All prices are in USD and confirmed bookings honor the price at time of booking

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Customer Cancellations

  • 24+ hours notice: Full refund minus $10 processing fee
  • Less than 24 hours: 50% refund
  • No-shows or same-day: No refund

Weather-Related Cancellations

Full refund provided for weather-related cancellations initiated by Car Shine Mobile Detailing. Customer may choose interior-only service at prorated price.

Rescheduling

  • Free rescheduling with 24+ hours notice
  • $25 fee for rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We will offer re-service, partial refund, or full refund based on the situation.

7. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide safe and legal parking location
  • Ensure vehicle is accessible and clear of personal belongings
  • Provide access to water source if required
  • Provide access to electrical outlet if required
  • Be available by phone during service
  • Disclose any vehicle damage before service

8. Liability and Insurance

Car Shine Mobile Detailing carries general liability insurance. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, customer negligence, damage to unrelated vehicle systems, theft, or property surrounding service location.

Damage Claims

Any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion with photos and detailed description. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days.

9. Referral Program

Customers receive $25 off for using a valid referral code. Referrers earn $25 credit for each successful referral. One referral code per booking. Cannot be combined with certain promotions.

10. Dispute Resolution

We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any disputes. Any disputes not resolved informally shall be settled by binding arbitration conducted in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
